Renée Yu
Hello, my name is Renee Yu. I am also known as “Big Yu” because I have a baby sister whose Instagram handle is @itslittleyu. I started out photography when I nagged and begged my mom to buy me a Canon DSLR for Christmas, claiming that it would be a great investment. And indeed it was! Photography continues to be my creative outlet to figuratively “shoot” people when I am stressed. If you are someone that likes golden hours, bokeh or punny hashtags, then I might be the photographer for you. My name is Caeleigh and here are a few things about me! I am currently going into my second and last year of studying photography at NAIT. Since photography was longtime passion of mine, I decided I wanted to study it and it has been one of the best years of my life!
Other facts about me are:
I love to be active and play sports.
Music is a huge part of my life!
I am always either thinking of, listening to or singing a song.
I love gardening and watching plants grow.
My friends and family mean the world to me.
Even if I don’t say it enough, I am forever grateful to have such great people around me.
As someone who likes clothes but doesn’t really have the time or money to invest a lot into them, taking photos for this blog sounded like a fun way to bridge two interests of mine together!
